Complete renovation of a modern office with Otium PVC flooring, Salamander aluminium office partitions, and custom-made furniture by Viyar. The space is functionally divided into meeting rooms, an open-plan workspace, a lounge, and a kitchen. Black aluminium partitions with frosted glass create a modern look, clear zoning, and a sense of openness and natural light.

A complete restoration of the staircases connecting the first, second, and third floors. Every step was carefully refinished to restore its original character while improving durability, safety, and aesthetics. To enhance both comfort and functionality, we also installed integrated LED lighting beneath each step, activated by motion sensors, providing safe and convenient illumination whenever the stairs are in use.

A complete turnkey transformation. We integrated a smart lighting system controlled via smartphone and installed custom-made built-in cabinets. The focus was on creating a modern, atmospheric, and highly functional interior.

A stylish renovation of a compact attic bathroom. We used high-end Terrazzo porcelain tiles for the shower area and floor, installed wall-mounted sanitary ware, and added a custom wooden countertop with a stone sink for a spa-like feel.

A bold minimalist design featuring deep blue accent tiles and brushed brass fixtures. We optimized the 5m² space by installing a built-in bathtub and ergonomic furniture, combining aesthetics with maximum comfort.
