What are the payment conditions and options?
You make payments in stages: before every new stage of work you pay for the materials in advance. And you pay us for our services only after the work is finished and approved by you. The payment methods we accept are in cash, by bank card or via online banking.
The price stated in the offer is definitive
After taking measurements, our specialist will make an offer where the price for the renovation will be fixed. The price will not change, except for when you need additional services.
Who will buy the materials?
We will buy all the construction materials ourselves and will deliver them at the dat when we sign an agreement with you. If there are leftover materials after the work is finished, we will buy them from you. Of course, we can also work with the materials you provide.
Can I control the renovation process?
Of course. We will install a camera in the working space, so you can check how the work is going anytime. Also, we will provide you with weekly reports with the pictures of finished works.
What is the process of handing the works over?
The quality control and technical inspection will be carried out by our specialist who is responsible for the site. Also, you will get weekly photos of finished works from us as reports.
Will you take away the construction waste?
Of course. After the work is finished, we will provide a dry and a wet cleaning and take away the construction waste. If there are leftover materials, we will buy them from you and take them away as well.
